180-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident trying The Fluxion products.
If your binder isn’t the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 180 days of the order date. The 180-day period begins on the date your order was placed, as shown in your order confirmation.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the correct process and provide the correct return or exchange address.

Free Exchanges (One-Time Only)
To help you find the right size, color, or style, each order is eligible for one free exchange, including:
- Return shipping for the original item
- Shipping for the new item
You can exchange for:
- A different size
- A different color
- A different style
Note: To give you enough time to try on your binder and find the perfect fit, brief use and even washing are allowed. We encourage you to explore and find your ideal binder, but each order may only receive one free exchange.
How to request an exchange:
- Provide your order number
- Indicate the item you would like to exchange
- Specify the size, color, or style you would like instead
⚠️ Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Return and exchange addresses may vary by country and may be different from the shipping address on your package.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 180 days of the order date.
No additional conditions are required—items may have been tried on or even washed. We want you to have enough time to find the right size and style.
Return Process:
- Contact us before returning your item. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Deductions
We handle the return process, but the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
This applies whether you return your entire order or only part of it. Shipping service has already been completed by the courier, so the initial shipping cost cannot be refunded.
Deduction amount based on returned items:

If returning more than 5 items, please contact us for confirmation of applicable fees.
⚠️ Return requests after 180 days from the order date cannot be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Items purchased from a third-party seller
- E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Orders paid with a The Fluxion Gift Card are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
- Items sent back without contacting support first
- Return or exchange requests made after 180 days from the order date
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
f your item arrives defective, damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@thefluxion.com.
We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement, exchange, or full refund. Return fees do not apply for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and process your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.

EU Withdrawal Rights
EU customers may have the right to withdraw from an eligible order within the applicable cooling-off period.
