1. Click on the following link to go to the official “17Track” page.
2. Enter the tracking number on the right side of the page.
If you want to track multiple tracking numbers at the same time, enter them one by one on each line, as follows:
3. Then click on “Track” and the system will automatically detect the carrier for that tracking number.
If it shows” Not found” , simply click on “Select Carrier” and select Logistics according to the “Shipping Confirmation” email. It will show you information accordingly.
For example, when you enter a tracking number on 17track, the USPS tracking shows “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”, which means that the shipment is still in transit to a US warehouse and has not yet been forwarded to the USPS, and is therefore not valid on the USPS website. Then you need to change the carrier to the right one.
You can find the right carrier on “shipping confirmation” email that we forwarded to you when your parcel shipped out from our warehouse. For example, pls select carrier ”JS” according to your email when you track by this link.
And you will find the detail from our shipping warehouse to the US warehouse.
